8th 21 Days: Pigment might start to return at this time. Unfortunately for me, the hair coming through still wasn’t really very pigmented but I was just happy to have hair!

9th 21 Days: This is generally the final cycle – bald patches should start to fill in and hair pigment should return. For me,  I noticed that my hair was thicker than it had been in years and the pigment had definitely started to return.
